How to add / edit terms of service/terms and conditions/privacy policy

The Terms of Service (ToS), also known as "terms & conditions" or "terms of use," are a legal agreement between your business and the people who use your website or online store. They help you protect yourself and your customers from any problems that might come up.
While it's not required, it's strongly advised to include terms and conditions on your website. This way, you can safeguard your rights and take action against anyone who misuses or abuses your site. Having clear terms and conditions can be very helpful if there's ever a legal disagreement.
How to add Terms of service and privacy policy to your store
Navigate to Store settings, from the cog icon in the menu bar
Scroll down to Legal / Links section and click the edit (pencil icon)
Add links to your Terms of service and Privacy policy documents and click Save.
Links to your ToS and Privacy policy documents are then displayed e.g in the footer of the email confirmation
